WHO WE ARE
The Carolinas-Virginias Chapter of SCCM (CVCSCCM) is a multi-professional organization of critical care practitioners in four states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. Our chapter is dynamic and continuously evolving with many ongoing chapter projects. We aim to foster collaboration among caregivers at a regional level for the enhancement of patient care. Members of the chapter include: physicians and physicians-in-training, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, veterinarians, pre-hospital personnel, and industry representatives.

“To serve the needs and represent the interests of critical care practitioners, to provide opportunities for involvement in local and regional activities, and to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care to our communities.”
HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
Annual membership fees for CVCSCCM are $45 for any discipline. You do NOT need to be a member of the National SCCM organization to join; however, we encourage you to consider a National membership (3 different tiers exist for SCCM membership).
